Everything of this hotel exceeded my expectations. My pillow was too soft and I requested for a harder one. They immediately gave me a harder pillow. The view from my room is awesome. I love their breakfast. The food is delicious. Awesome service, comfortable bed and pillow and delicious and hearty breakfast started my love for Comfort Hotels in Japan.

The staff was nice when I arrived. Affordable and comfortable for sure. There is a Lawson about 2 blocks away, just in case you need to go to the convince store. And Hachinoche station is walking distance. I would stay there again if I go to Hachinoche again.

Good location that's a quick walk to Hachinohe station. Blackout curtains were a nice touch as my room had a view of the station. Complimentary breakfast was better than I expected and had many options. Would recommend for short stays.

Very convenient location within walking distance of Hachinohe station, also many restaurants nearby Rooms were clean, comfortable Breakfast was excellent—lots of choices, both Japanese and Western-style foods

Just a short distance from Hachinohe Station. Easy to get around either on a bus, train or walk. The hotel provides a very healthy complimentary breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.
